• After checkout, you will receive a booking summary by email.
• If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Pickup information

• We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off from your accommodation within El Gouna.
• If you are staying outside El Gouna, we can arrange a transfer for an additional charge. Please contact us before booking so we can check the options for you.
• Your exact pickup time will be shared with you on the evening before the activity.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the activity start time are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% administration fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
• For courses with activated eLearning, the eLearning fee is non-refundable and will be charged or deducted from any refund.
• If we cancel due to weather or safety reasons, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
