What to expect
Your first scuba diving experience
Curious about scuba diving but not ready to sign up for a full certification course? PADI Discover Scuba Diving is designed for first-time divers who want to experience breathing underwater in a safe, supportive and exciting environment.
Day 1: Pool session
On the first day, you start in the pool, where your instructor introduces the equipment, basic safety guidelines and essential scuba skills. This first session is all about helping you feel comfortable underwater and building confidence before going into the sea.
Day 2: Two boat dives in the Red Sea
On the second day, you join us on the boat for two instructor-led dives in the Red Sea. Before your dives, you will review key skills in shallow water and then enjoy your first real underwater adventure as your instructor stays by your side throughout the experience.
Time to relax on board
Between dives, there is time to relax on board, enjoy the sea views and take in the full Red Sea experience. Water, fresh fruit and cake are included on board, while lunch and other drinks are available separately.
A safe and memorable introduction to diving
Discover Scuba Diving is all about having fun, learning the basics and finding out whether scuba diving is for you. You will dive within Discover Scuba Diving limits and gain a real feel for the underwater world in a controlled, beginner-friendly way.
Daily schedule
Day 1:
Your program starts at 09:00 with check-in at our dive center, meeting your instructor, and a pool session to learn the basics and practice essential scuba skills in a calm, controlled environment.
